Mel Ruzicka is the Chief Financial Officer of Intralytix, Inc. For over 40 years, Mr. Ruzicka has served as CFO in industries such as Insurance, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Banking and Transportation. Mr. Ruzicka specializes in managing the growth and expansion of small companies during their growth stage. Mr. Ruzicka has been the CFO of Intralytix since 2007. He is responsible for all Accounting, Audit, Human Resources, and Strategic Planning and Budgeting. He also serves as Corporate Secretary to the Board of Directors. Mr. Ruzicka earned an MBA from Loyola University, Maryland.
