Antoine Baule, MBA

Antoine Baule is a professional in the world of food ingredients and bio-industries. After an MBA from the ESSEC business school in France, he began his career with Rhône Poulenc Group as a Sales and Marketing Manager, then business director of the Business Unit flavors and fragrances. Then, after some years in the US, he was in charge of turning around the pharmaceutical ingredients business unit of Rhodia. He joined Lesaffre in 2003 where he was first in charge of the company's redeployment in Central Europe. In 2006, he created and piloted the new division Lesaffre Nutrition & Health. From 2009 to 2012, he was President and CEO of Novasep Process, a company dedicated to development and engineering of innovative processes in agro industry, white biotechnology and biopharmaceuticals. Since September 2012, he is the CEO of Lesaffre & Company
