John J. Woloszyn, JD Mr. Woloszyn is a cofounder of
Intralytix and he serves as Vice President & General Counsel.
Prior to joining the company, Mr. Woloszyn was a partner in the
Baltimore office of McGuire Woods LLP, an international law
firm. Over the past 25 years, he has represented
technology-based clients located principally in Maryland and
Northern Virginia. Mr. Woloszyn specializes in general corporate
and contract matters, securities regulation, capital formation,
acquisitions, mergers, divestitures and international business
transactions. He has also assisted clients with technology
development, transfer and licensing agreements.
Mr. Woloszyn has served as chairman of the Maryland State Bar
Association's Business Law Section and Section on International
Commercial Transactions. While in private practice, he was an
active participant in drafting legislation designed to keep
Maryland's corporate law updated. He has also served on several
task forces charged with reviewing or proposing legislation
designed to support technology based businesses.
Mr. Woloszyn is an active supporter of the regional
technology community. He is currently a member of the board of
directors of the MdBio Foundation. He has previously served as
co-vice chairman of the Greater Baltimore Technology Council. He
has also lectured and written numerous articles on business and
international legal issues.
Mr. Woloszyn is also a member of the board of directors of
XLHealth Corporation.
Mr. Woloszyn is a graduate of Rutgers University and the
University of Maryland School of Law.
